The rollout was mostly fine, and PQM is now open again. There are three known issues so far: * Builder history pages are slow or even timing out. A fix is being landed for this and will be CPed imminently. * The new buildd-manager is spuriously disabling builders (bug 616693) * Some graphs are not working because of the changes to "official_*"
