I agree. Some more bug comment management tools would be useful for these occasional very chatty bugs. I agree with you, certainly for linear conversations (e.g. bug comments). What I find interesting is that in my mail reader, I prefer newest-oldest for new threads of discussion, but *inside* the thread oldest-newest. -Barry
