Rocket scientists, I have been seeing the following issues for a few months. I would like to fix it:
Tear down canonical.testing.layers.AppServerLayerNo handlers
could be found for logger "lazr.smtptest"
I have not idea what to do. I think lazr.smtptest cannot log because the
log watch helpers never seem to pass anymore. I discovered that we
recently registered a null logger to suppress bzr, but in this case, I
do want a log because there are log watching tools that accompany it.
