I think the redundancy of CRB + LPS is undesirable, and I'm in favour of removing it. I dislike having things private that don't need to be, but while we still have a lot of complexity, I think there is a big win having the special instructions (including 'do not deploy :P') on a single page with the cowboys etc - and that is where security fixes live, so it would need to be private - the existing LPS page.
