Seeing my chance to make many people happy and learning that I actually have the final word on the roll-out revision, I am picking db-stable r9972 to be released as Launchpad 10.11 at 10 UTC on Wednesday, 17 Nov 2010. I will coordinate with the LOSAs later today to merge db-stable into devel and re-open PQM. Stay tuned. BTW, forgot to mention, staging's db update last weekend let's us expect a quick and smooth patching of the database during roll-out.
