I did just go to the branch listing page and found: https://code.launchpad.net/~loggerhead-team/loggerhead/experimental However, that is still owned by ~loggerhead-team, so I'm not 100% sure what the right way to submit it is. ATM it looks like I have commit rights and I'm part of that team (probably transitively). So I'll just commit directly there, as I used to do.
