I have seen this too. Could it be because many of the members of ~loggerhead-team are members via ~launchpad, the contact address of which is [email protected]? Perhaps the default reviewer for lp:loggerhead should be changed to ~launchpad-reviewers or ~canonical-launchpad-reviewers?
