Great question. If I was doing it and it was near the top of my list, I would estimate one week elapsed to get agreement (or not) from users on doing it this way; something like a week or maybe two of work to make the changes and get them reviewed; and I suppose a month to get the db changes rolled out. Other people know that code much better than me and could very likely be faster, or perhaps they would give a more pessimistic estimate. What do you think?
