As a result of chatting about this with Huw and the existing 'easy' tag already meaning what Huw listed here (contrast with trivial which means really really easy) - we've retagged these bugs ui+easy - https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad-project/+bugs?field.tag=ui+easy&field.tags_combinator=ALL will pick them all up.
