Various collections (e.g. bug searches, failed build records) take progressively longer the higher into the collection - to the point of becoming 15000ms queries. The most obvious pathological case of course, is the all-bugs collection (which is sparse because of privacy + allocated-unused-ids). This should, once rolled out for a particular collection (which includes sort order - each order has to be catered for separately) - help make the time for a render be [mostly] independent of the size of the page within the collection.
