If you'd like to read the Launchpad developer docs, you can find them at::

Instead of the old location, which I'm not even going to mention here.
Currently, I'm the owner of the 'launchpad' project on rtfd. As soon
as I figure out how to change that, I will.
If you want to *improve* the docs, well, it's all pretty standard Sphinx / reST.
