The proposal to merge lp:~jtv/maas/batch-omshell-updates into lp:maas has been 
updated.

Description changed to:

A very simple preparatory change, as mentioned in the call.  It will make 
registration of DHCP leases more easily scalable by making requests naturally 
batch-oriented, and save Omshell process from having to fork an external 
process for every single lease.  Plus, it's just very very simple to do.

The ip→mac dict is the same representation as used consistently in lease 
parsing and updates elsewhere.  I didn't bother doing the same batching for 
deletion; first, because we have no firm indication yet that it will be needed, 
and second, because it doesn't need to know about MAC addresses and that 
disturbs the nice regularity of that one single representation of a set of 
leases.
