Commit Message changed to: MANIFEST.in: - Update to install all extra files under src/provisioningserver/ instead of src/provisioningserver/*/templates only, as some of the templates are not organized in their own 'templates' subdirectory (i.e. PXE templates). - Remove tests from src/provisioningserver/*/tests.
