Also, the name is a bit misleading. While you certainly parse the endpoint, you 
only return the session id. What about `extractSessionID`? or similar? Or even 
more clear: "extractSessionIDFromRevocationEndpoint"?

The reason I ask.. we use the "revocation_endpoint" for several different 
looking things in this context. That is a bit confusing.
