Commit message changed to: Fix SOSSImport SecurityProxy As celery jobs run without a logged in user, we need to remove the security proxy to be able to view bug/vulnerability fields. SOSS distribution currently only allows InformationType.PROPRIETARY bugs and vulnerabilities.
