Hi Alessio,
Chromium's translations are managed by the Launchpad Translation Group.
A translation group consists of translation teams, one per language.
(These teams aren't for translating per se, but for choosing
translations; any Launchpad user can generally suggest translations).
Since the group does not have a team for Ligurian yet, you could start
one. See here:
