We appear to have some bug spam, impersonating a legimate user.  I think this
message was sent via email rather than the web UI.

We set rel="nofollow" on links in bug comments, so we aren't giving any google
juice to the spammer, but I guess this is the first sign that we'll need to
implement spam filtering.

It would also be nice to mark comments from emails that weren't gpg-signed as
being unverified.
