I am trying to file a bug report on the Dapper install at
<https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+filebug> but I keep getting
this unhelpful pink error message:
An error occurred.
That's it. No indication of what the problem is. How am I supposed to
know what is going wrong? How am I supposed to indicate to the devs
what is going wrong??? All I can say is that I am logged in, I enter a
package name ("dapper install"), a summary, and a description and
click "submit bug report".
