Hello,

I have two quick and hopefully simple question that deal with support 
requests:

1.  Ability to sort requests:  Is there a way to sort requests such as those 
that don't have any responses, oldest to newest, etc?
2.  Old support requests:  How do you deal with or how should you deal with 
old support requests?  For example 
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+ticket/137 has been open since 2005 
with no response from the original requestor.  Is there a way to mark this 
request as closed or some other state?
3.  How much support is put into the support section?  Is it well publicized 
and should we be adding it somewhere into the documentation?
