It is not currently possible to delete things in Launchpad. This is a
bug; I've reported your example of deleting a team.

Meanwhile, if you want to try out things in Launchpad without them
being stored permanently, you can use our test server
<https://staging.launchpad.net/>. (This server is fairly often
unavailable, though.)
