The priority given to this spec will probably be roughly proportional
to the length of <https://launchpad.net/bugs/1> :-) Right now we're
working on preventing over-long bug reports in the first place, by
making file attaching more obvious.
Furthermore, I was hoping to make some suggestions on the spec, but am
unable to edit the corresponding wiki page. How might I offer these
ideas up?
