Hi all, for long bug mail threads it would be very helpful at times if the bug mail subject would contain status changes. This makes it easier to see if a bug was already fixed, marked as a duplicate, or closed as invalid, without needing to read the entire thread.
This should be similar to the already existing [NEW] tag: Launchpad Bug Tra └─>[Bug 225989] [NEW] /etc/sudoers is commented wrong E. g. if I see this: 09:40 John Mitchell [Bug 219035] Re: Audacious not launching anymore in Hardy 8.04 it would have been much quicker for me if it would have said 09:40 John Mitchell [Bug 219035] [Duplicate] Re: Audacious not launching anymore in Hardy 8.04 or Launchpad Bug Tra └─>[Bug 225989] [Invalid] /etc/sudoers is commented wrong What do other people think about this? If there is a general agreement, I'll file this as a wishlist bug against Malone.
