Mirco, A similar problem was already reported in https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/soyuz/+question/40230. This very likely to be something involving your ISP (or anything between it and the canonical DC). There were rumors about a faulty lynksys-router configuration in the past (IIRC). Have you tried to upload the same files from a different location ? If you have the time, please contact me on IRC and we can debug an upload session on-the-fly.
