Only in the loosest sense of the term. The product, series, person, and teams parts do not connect with each other as they should. We do not implement enough to of DOAP to complete a common use case such as import into PyPI or Freashmeat. We recently discussed taking the RDF links off the pages until we are certain that we provide enough information for users (and machines) to accomplish an import or republication. -- __Curtis C.
