I just uploaded hitchhiker (twice) into <https://edge.launchpad.net/~bzr-beta-ppa/+archive/ppa/+packages>. The build finished fairly soon and the package was visible in the web page, but for a long time (>20m) I couldn't see it in the apt archive. Is that a known behaviour?
