I'm wondering if the Launchpad Translators team and groups could be useful in this situation: https://launchpad.net/~launchpad-translators https://help.launchpad.net/Translations/LaunchpadTranslators https://translations.launchpad.net/+groups/launchpad-translators/ We already have some translations/translators guidelines and policies that are based on common used standards (for translation). The aim of that team is to be a congregation of translation teams that use Launchpad as their translation tools (is not for translating Launchpad itself, even if this could be supported in the future), and for projects to be a safe harbor where they can find high quality translation teams that can translate their applications.
