Hi Bhuvanesh, It looks like you're running into a timeout because Launchpad is trying to find possible duplicates for your bug. One way to work around this problem is to enter a shorter title for the bug (for example "aaa" works quite well) and then change it once the search for duplicates has completed. However, this shouldn't be happening at all, because Launchpad should do the search for duplicates asynchronously using AJAX. It appears from the error log that you're using Firefox 3.6 under Ubuntu Lucid. Do you have Javascript disabled for launchpad.net? If so, enabling it again will prevent this problem from reoccuring. If not, please take a screenshot of the bug filing form as you see it on your system. This will hopefully help me understand why you're having this problem.
