I think (?) Algis is on Ubuntu, and in that case it should be a simple matter of typing in a terminal lang=lt...@utf-8 bzr explorer and similarly for any other language. Normally it should run in whichever language you choose at the login screen, which implicitly sets $LANG. I think this also works on Windows? Maybe it should be added to the Explorer docs?
