I accidentally uploaded a bad source tarball and deleted the package
from my UI, but when I try to upload a new package version with a source
tarball of the same name, it gets rejected because they do not match.
Could I get some help with this, please? I am trying to develop a few
new packages and I won't be able to publish them without this prereq in
a PPA somewhere.

Oh, and shouldn't the correct behavior of this be to reject a source
tarball that differs from the stored version of the same name *unless*
the associated package had been deleted? I can't be the only person who
has ever had this issue.
