hello,

I use dput to upload my package to ppa, but always get a email reply
informing me that my upload has been rejected:

PPA uploads must be signed by an Ubuntu Code of Conduct signer.

$dput my-ppa wine_1.3.5-1~cjk_source.changes

Good signature on /home/pollen/wine/wine_1.3.5-1~cjk.dsc.
Package includes an .orig.tar.gz file although the debian revision suggests
that it might not be required. Multiple uploads of the .orig.tar.gz may be
rejected by the upload queue management software.
Uploading to my-ppa (via ftp to ppa.launchpad.net):
  wine_1.3.5-1~cjk.dsc: done.
  wine_1.3.5.orig.tar.gz: done.
  wine_1.3.5-1~cjk.diff.gz: done.
  wine_1.3.5-1~cjk_source.changes: done.
Successfully uploaded packages.
Not running dinstall.

I build my files using command "debuild -S -sa -k8DD564D0", all files seems
to be successfully signed.
Why my upload still be rejected?
