I haven't been able to find any information on this code error. However, I would suggest starting with the SingleDevice.vi example. Make sure you follow the instructions at the top, because they have a lot more detail. If the singledevice.vi doesn't work, try the SimpleWho program.
You probably have something wired up incorrectly, or have one of the settings incorrect. I hope this helps out. -Josh
