Hi,
I am wondering if anybody uses LabVIEW to handle STDF files? STDF stands for
Standard Test Data Format, and is a binary file format used by Teradyne & other
ATE manufacturers for the data/log files which they generate...
I need to be able to import & (potentially) export STDF files from LabVIEW...
Has anybody done this before? Are there toolkits available for this? Any
information on the topic at all would be appreciated...
