Hi Somsak, The first thing to do when installing a new peripheral device, such as a GPIB card (including those from NI), is to register them using Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX).
Steps: 1. Install the hardware as per manufacturer's recommendation. Also install the sw driver. 2. Open MAX. 3. Under "My System". 4. Browse under "Devices and Interfaces". 5. You should see GPIB0. 6. Right-click on the GPIB0 and select "Scan for Instrument". 7. If you have any instruments, they will appear in the window on the right. -JLV-
