Hi Ninskaya, I am assuming that the GPIB driver you are referring to is the NI-488.2 driver. If this is the case, then first try going to Add-Remove programs in Control Panel. Look for NI-488.2, possibly under NI Software. You should be able to remove the NI-488.2 driver.
