One more thing; I used these devices in another project.
In that case we used Brooks 154E's that were controlled and monitored using AI and AO from FP. So there are other options. The Brooks Smart DDE software let users manage the calibration and other settings of the MFC's. I would be very suprised if they discontinued support. Trying hard to help, Ben
