my understanding is that you are generating a sine wave (on one of the anlogoutput channels) and you are trying to read the signal. Since you can verify the signal at low frequency, but not at high frequency, it looks like you should increase the scan rate of the data acquistion (if you can, set it to 10 times the signal frequency) You can also use an oscilloscope to verify the signal is what you really generated.
