Right click on your existing Y-scale and select duplicate scale. This will give you another Y-scale to plot your data against.
You can then use the plot legend to right click and associate your data with the new scale on a plot by plot basis. You can add as many legends as you need. You can also switch sides for a scale if you choose. Ben
