No. What you're asking for is the equivalent of editing Word, Excel, or any other executable. In theory, you can use a disassembler to view and modify the exe but you had better be extremely proficient in assembly code and the details of the LabVIEW compiler. With some older versions of LabVIEW, there was the option to create an executable without removing the diagram. On the off chance that you might have one of these, change the exe extension to llb and see if you can open anything.
