I tried this dll in my machine and ran your example.  It works well.
The dll is correct (the size is exactly the same as mine).  Can you
again make sure this dll is called by your VI?  Just open the VI and
try to delete the dll under LabVIEW 7.0\resource.  If it cann't be
deleted, the it is used. And is the dll under LabVIEW 7.0\resource the
one you sent?
