What is error 2042300?

I'm deploying an application to XP using LabVIEW 7.1.  The application
uses NI-VISA and NI-IMAQ functions. It works fine on the development
machine, but when I load it on the deployment machine, error 2042300
pops up with a message stating that the full development version of
LabVIEW is required to fix it.  I have found no documentation at all
to explain the error.  I suspect it has something to do with
NI-Vision, since I removed some NI-IMAQ functions and the error
disappeared.
