Hi All,

In the past, I have used the names of cursors as markers on curves (to illustrate the location of beam peaks, 3dB loss level, etc) using the down arrow character from Dingbats as the cursor name (also changing the text color as necessary). I did this because none of the cursor icons were visible enough, nor could they be changed to something more prominent.

Unfortunately, placing the name of the cursor could not be done programmatically in previous versions of LabVIEW, thus I was forced to put the names of the cursors on each cursor manually- a tedious and highly inaccurate method.

Being as my 7.1 upgrade is still "in the mail," I thought I would ask if anyone has seen either of these features in the new version:

1) The ability to programmatically set the location of the cursor NAME (not just the cursor marker)

2) The ability to replace the set of 9 available cursor markers with something else?

As always, much TIA,
