I don't think an investigation of anything is "embarrassing for America".
The only thing that is embarrassing for America is Clinton's "patterns of
behavior". I don't even think William Foristal would consider the
investigation embarrassing for America, maybe potentially embarrassing for
Clinton, Bill?
