It's cases like these, that should make the justice system hang their
head in shame. I only hope a civil suit is filed and some of this man's
pain and suffering can be compensated in a small part financially. Yet
due to his disability he may not even understand why the men in blue
were allowed to beat him legally. I can't understand it either.
