Hi, I just did a little test in Qt Designer. There seems to be no difference in QLineEdit (TEdit). There is sometimes difference in editable and non-editable QComboBox (depends on style - QtCurve, Oxygen, Breeze are different, Windows style is identical). OTOH, your fpGUI read-only controls looks like disabled, which may be confusing. V. ______________________________________________________________
