[Lazarus] Windres compiler not found by IDE

atsynedit.pas(5691,1) Error: resource compiler "windres" not found, 
switching to external mode

I tried to change {$r nnn.res} to {$r nnn.rc} and got this. How to fix it?
Laz 1.9 trunk, FPC 3.0.2, Linux x64
