I found this issue a while ago (and I think I reported it here but I cannot
find the message right now) and even if the context menu is greyed out, the
"F2" key still works to rename the identifier.
That would be an error in itself.
No idea about the "find identifier references" sorry.
They are updated at the same time with the same logic.
