LCL does not have popup forms. And Code Templates window is not a popup

Well it acts like a popup window. It always appears at the cursor
location, doesn't contain window border decoration etc... That sounds
like a popup form/window to me. ;-)
I suspect everything else wors ideally in lazarus for you if you want we
fix that serious problems :)
Yeah, everything else seems fine with Compiz enabled. But no, this is
not a serious bug, just an eye-candy request.
