Michael, That's the best explanation I've heard yet, but is there a solution? Will I never file another Lazarus or Free Pascal bug report?

Not all routers from other ISP's can handle this. This results in e.g. ping working fine, but WWW access does not work (in fact, anything requiring a packet >14xx bytes) Michael. > > Martin > > Paul Nicholls wrote: >> Hi Phil, >> Since you have tried different computers, browsers, and ISP's, maybe it >> is a country of origin issue? >> What country are you trying to reach the site from? >> It works for me (Australia)... >> cheers, >> Paul >> >> ----- Original Message ----- >> *From:* Hess, Philip J <mailto:pjh...@purdue.edu> >> *To:* lazarus@lists.lazarus.freepascal.org >> <mailto:lazarus@lists.lazarus.freepascal.org> >> *Sent:* Friday, August 07, 2009 7:28 AM >> *Subject:* [Lazarus] Can't connect to FPC site >> >> I can't get to the Laz bugtracker or www.freepascal.org >> <http://www.freepascal.org>.
