Concurrency in SQLite is pretty simple. Only a process can write
simultaneously, and it locks the whole file and has problems with

Checked that already at the time and took care of the problems in my application, that has been working fine, 24/7, for the last 2 years.

Again, in *my* use-case that was a determining feature.
