When they shouldn't happen in trunk then where do you propose them to
happen? And no, I won't take "the developer him-/herself should test it
good enough" as an answer, because you can't think of every possibility
a user might do.
Please Note: I'm talking about pure GUI related code here. In non visual
code your statement might be considered more valid though, because there
tests can be done more easily than with GUIs
